What is revenue share?

It's what the name suggests, sharing a percentage of the revenue generated by the lockers with your venue.

e-Lockers has been providing revenue share options for locker installations worldwide for 18 years with comprehensive service and support.

Are there any CAPITAL costs?

No - under revenue share there are no costs.

Are there any OPERATIONAL costs?

Generally speaking, no - All parts and labour are provided, however, venue should supply power and internet connection when need, see below for question regarding vandalism.

Do I get a share of the INCOME?

Yes - the final percentage share will depend on all aspects of the new Agreement and will be discussed with you directly.

Can I have new lockers?

The latest version of the e-locker system is available if your premises meet all the criteria for new locker installations - we will discuss this with you at your own premise.

When are the lockers serviced?

Normally monthly or bi-monthly depending on usages and locker quantities provided at your facility.

How many lockers do you provide?

The ratio of lockers to customers is dependent on the level of service provision you as the operator require, and e-Lockers effectiveness in assessing the optimum mix of variables after survey. Try the FREE survey and discuss your targets to produce the final numbers.

Who install and set up the lockers?

Our own technical installation team will install and programme the lockers.

What payment do the lockers accept?

e-lockers can accept coins, notes, credit card, RFID card, wrist band,  membership cards, Octopus Card (Hong Kong Only), WeChat and Alipay payment (China Only),.

Is there a master key?

All facilities are provided with master key to manually open any locker in power failure, which is inspected and replaced free of charge when worn or damaged.

Will there be training provided for the staff to operate the system?

Upon installation, your staff will be trained on the day to day procedures and the use of the locker system.

Who cleans the lockers?

The cleaning is to be part of your in - house cleaning specification. This should include a minimum of 1 clean per month although 1 per week is recommended.

Limited liability for theft claims?

Notices are placed on the lockers and on the pay points limiting liability for theft , to the price of actual hire.

Are there any extra repair charges for vandalism damage?

No - all repair costs form part of the revenue share arrangement. Non urgent repairs are accommodated within the service visits.

What if I lose any parts?

Any parts removed with the master key and lost will be invoiced to you. A copy of the engineers Site Service Report showing the parts fitted will accompany the invoice. If the parts appear in the following month your account will be credited with an equivalent value.

How long is the Agreement period?

The agreement is negotiated with the venue .The longer the period of tenure, the greater the percentage to the venue.

Can I buy the lockers?

Yes –Our Company offers two different options .Firstly our premium range, the e-locker system and our budget range aussie lockers.

How long do I have to wait?

Delivery should normally be within 4 to 12 weeks from signing the Agreements. Longer lead times are possible during busy periods, confirmed when ordered.
